I'm lucky enough that my personal life and my professional life are not all that separate. By day you can find me in uniform teaching zoo guests the difference between a turtle and a tortoise. By night, you can find me at a karaoke bar telling me friends how vastly different snakes are from legless lizards. I've found a way to turn my passion into a career, and I've found endless truth in the phrase "find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life."

Outside of talking anyone and everyone's ears off about wildlife and conservation, I can be found enthusing over horror movies, comic books, and my pet tarantula. I'm a lifelong Spartan, a shameless cat lady, and a collector of all things Star Wars. Let's get in touch!
